We recently concluded a successful in-situ/on-site training for OMS Thailand, focusing on VAM Oil tool connection requalification training. This comprehensive program included both practical and theoretical lessons for our Brush Plating process on VAM connections.

🔍 Focused Training Modules:
Participants engaged in comprehensive training modules covering Brush Copper Plating requalification for VAM connections. The curriculum adhered to the stringent standards set by major oil tool component manufacturers such as Vallourec, JFE, Tenaris, and Nippon Steel. The training included various connection plating procedures, critical calculations, and formulas for the plating process, and more.
🛠️ Hands-On Experience:
Practical sessions provided hands-on experience, ensuring participants gained both theoretical knowledge and the necessary skills for precise and quality brush plating. Our experienced trainers guided participants through every step, familiarizing them with essential equipment and components such as powerpacks, peristaltic pumps, chemical solutions, anode design, masking, and plugging of connection bores, and maintenance procedures.
🌐 Global Certification:
Upon successful completion, companies received global certification and qualification from Sterling Impreglon Asia. This certification allows them to brush copper plate oil tool components for most of the major oil tool manufacturers, enhancing the robustness and longevity of these critical elements in the oil and gas industry.
