Copper Brush Plating for Range 3 Pipes

Recently, we were tasked with a critical project that involved applying copper brush plating to 100 units of Range 3 pipes, each ranging between 38 to 44 feet in length. Our team rose to the occasion, ensuring that the pipes met the required anti-galling properties critical for their application in the oil and gas industry.

Handling the Challenge of Range 3 Pipes

Handling and treating such long and heavy pipes require not only precision but also careful management to avoid damage during the process. Our skilled technicians utilized our cranes in our workshop to execute this task flawlessly.

Why Copper Brush Plating?

Copper brush plating is renowned for its superior anti-galling properties, making it an ideal solution for oil and gas applications where metal parts are subject to extreme stress and friction. The copper layer applied through our proprietary brush plating process provides excellent adhesion, ensuring that it remains firmly bonded to the base material, even under harsh operating conditions.

Moreover, our brush plating method is not only effective but also cost-efficient, allowing us to restore damaged parts to their original dimensions without the need for expensive replacements. This process is especially beneficial for companies in the oil and gas industry, where equipment downtime can lead to significant financial losses.
